Review content:
Well, there are varying opinions and maybe Top Gun is a better restaurant for dim sum, but you really can't beat Sea Garden for the seafood. Stay away from the traditional broccoli and beef stuff, that's uninspired, but if you find fresh shrimp at the water tank, go for it. Or fresh crab. (Best preparation is salt and pepper only).
Ask your server whats really fresh and go for it!
