I took a hypnobirthing class from Cynthia and felt it was a great connection for me with my unborn child, I loved the class and the relaxation techniques, as well as the visualization. and she taught great breathing techniques as well. I used all of the information I learned in this class as I went through my birth with my daughter, and felt because if it we all had a peaceful happy experience
