My husband and I had put in an offer on a house that was a huge mistake. This home inspector was so thorough, he spend hours at the house finding all of its flaws. He was fantastic. when we rescinded the offer and then found another house, we immediately called this guy again. What a fantastic job. He not only finds the problems, but he teaches you about the house itself - what to look for, how to do what. we made the best choices based on his recommendations. I have recommended him to several people who have used him and enjoyed the experience.
