Wow!!! What a great place!
I ordered up a sandwich buffet for a group of friends that were working on a CD over at Paradise Recording. It was amazing!!!
We got the "Three Little Pigs" and the "Southwest Turkey Club" sandwiches, a huge salad with amazing dressing and little cheesecake tarts. The descriptions on the menu do not do them justice:
Three Little Pigs-black forest ham, pork tenderloin, spiced bacon an dapple-apricot chutney
Southwest Turkey Club-roast turkey, house made guacamole, spiced bacon, tomato, field greens and salsa mayo.
Most people do not realize that this is more than a catering place. You can call, place an order for a specialty sandwich...and pick it up in 15 minutes. You can also order entrées off their menu (I recommend the Pork Madison and the Steak Diablo...great salads of all sorts or the best desserts in town. They do specialty meals too with only 24 hours notice!
Of all the businesses in town, this one has the BEST food!
