Cedar Crest Ice Cream 2000 S 10th St Manitowoc, WI 54220 920-682-5577 So, do we even need to put an address by this establishment? Can we just say "It's by the BIG COW." I'm giving this a 5 star rating just because it's a home town favorite. It's a Manty Landmark. Everyone in town knows this place. Everyone has seen the cow. And I'm guessing that most people have a picture or two in a photo album tucked away with them standing next to this cow. It's a Manitowoc Classic and something to be proud of. Plus, what some GREAT ice cream! The parlor is cute and ice cream delicious! Can't go wrong with a visit to the cow, I mean to Cedar Crest.
