When I was selling my townhouse, I asked around and Stephanie came highly recommended. I interviewed 4 agents and picked Stephanie for her knowledge of Foster City (she lives here) and the Peninsula and her attentiveness and friendliness. Though she's friendly, she's not a pushover. We had some problems with our financing (oops, we went with a friend who didn't know what he was doing) and she doggedly fought to get the deal done. In the hot market, she knew what we had to do to get our offer accepted, but never pushed us to do something we weren't comfortable with - we went against her advice even though it cost her the commission that sale would provide. We were outbid a few times and I thought we'd never get a place, but we kept looking. Ultimately, we lucked out because the winning bidder pulled out of the house we wanted. She told us what we needed to do to get our house ready to sell, she staged our house herself, and she was always reachable. I can highly recommend her.
