Review content:
Party City in Manchester is pretty much what you would expect of a Party store. They offer decorations, cards, costumes, etc. We were in need of some last minute decor for a 60th bday party. The friendly staff simplified the process and guaranteed a 10:30 am pick up for a SUNDAY morning. I thought that was pretty incredible! After paying, we simply took our receipt and were told to return the next day. The balloons were ready and looked great. I believe the prices were a little high, but i attribute that to CT prices, not the store itself.
Good experience. Plenty of selection and last minute service at a fair price!
