I would strongly recommend that nobody use Allstar moving and Storage! After purchasing a Christmas present for our kids on December 1st we were told that it shipped out of Indianapolis and arrived at the Albuquerque NM location on the 15th. We recieved a confirmation call on the 16th saying that it would be delieverd on the 21st, then the 23rd, and now the 25th. Merry Christmas kids Santa drives a shipping truck! UNACCEPTABLE for $135.00 in shipping fees. We live two and half hours away from Albuquerque and it will be 10 days from their location to our house at that point. As a family we open gifts on Christmas morning as most famlies do. What are we to tell our son when his gift arrives in the afternoon on Christmas day in the back of a truck? Not only have they played with our money and our emotions they have now jeopardized our sons belief in Santa. Please anyone using this company use extreme caution or you risk being put in the same sitiuation that my wife and i are in. Thank You, Concerned Parents
