Where do I begin... I have had nothing but problems with this group. The only positive thing I have to say about them is that there receptionist (Jessica) was extremely kind and helpful in scheduling me for dental work. I was having severe migraines for a little while and the PA filled out my chart incorrectly making it appear that this was a long time issue which resulted in my new insurance company sending me the $400 bill due to a "pre-existing condition". Not only that but when I asked the PA (i believe her name was Alana Murphy) if I could get tested for a wheat allergy she told me there are no actual tests to figure that out, and it was something that I would have to figure out on my own. NOT TRUE! it is a simple test! About a year later, and countless hours of trying to get the record straight with my insurance provider, I thought I would give them a second chance and try the dental practice out. BIG MISTAKE! The cleaning wasn't too bad, but when it came time for my filling, I wish I would have found a practice that was capable of fully completing a simple filling. First the filling was done incorrectly leaving me feeling like I had a popcorn kernel stuck in my tooth and making eating uncomfortable... I then went in again, and supposedly had it fixed. If fixing that filling means making it impossible to eat with half of my mouth then it was a job well done... I contacted them telling them of my frustration and my decision to go elsewhere to fix their mistakes. Now, once again, I am going to have to pay out of pocket for their incompetence. They said they would fix it free of charge, but with a track record like that, do they really expect me to return when they have already screwed up 3 times? I had seen the same dentist for 21 years in Colorado and had never felt any pain when I got fillings or cleanings... not the case here. I endured more pain in 30 minutes with them than I had in 21 years with my previous DDS. Two thumbs down!
