Review content:
This family-run business makes some of the best beer in the bay area, and the food is very good to excellent. Dishes are your basic pub fare, excellent hamburgers, a Fuji Apple Salad to die for, great fish tacos, very good sandwiches. The dinner specials are often excellent, and look for the Mexican offerings, which are superb.
There is always an eclectic blend blend of music playing, and live music events happen one or two nights a week. It's worth getting on their email list, so you know what is happening.
Very kid friendly, especially on Tuesdays when there are special prices for kids. Tons of bicyclists stop here for a brew on the weekends, after biking the trails in the area. Fun place, strongly recommended.
