I have enjoyed bowling here because there are always plenty of lanes unless it is at a time when they have leagues, which fill the whole place. I have also found that most of the people working there are pretty friendly. On my last visit, the person at the desk gave my toddler daughter the smallest pair of shoes they had just so she could feel like she was a part of everything. They also offered to put bumpers up so that she could have better luck pushing the balls down the lane if she decided she wanted to try. At one point, my ball got stuck at the end of the lane and the pins never reset. One call to the desk brought help almost immediately, and our problem was fixed right away. I was very pleased that we did not have to wait around for a long time to start playing again. My biggest complaint is that although smoking is only allowed in the bar area, the whole place tends to smell like smoke.
