When it came time to purchase a new car, we shopped around and ended up at Pres Kool Chevrolet in Okemos, MI. Initially, we visited the dealership and had an unpleasant experience with a female sales person who was not at all interested in gaining our business. Luckily, we decided to give them another chance a few weeks later.
The gentleman who served us the second time was very flexible, gave us a more than fair trade in value for our previous car, and knocked off quite a bit on the new car. Overall, I am very satisfied with our purchase … and 2 years later, we have not had a single problem with the Previous Owned vehicle that we purchased.
Pres Kool is great, I recommend them … just be picky as to who you work with.
