Transcending Flesh is one of the most popular places to get a tattoo. They are always busy and it could take a while to get an appointment. (I made the mistake of thinking I could just walk in on a Friday night!) I needed an evening appointment and had to book a month out.
My tattoo was from a book, so there was no custom art required. The colors are great, it has barely faded in two years. I won't say it was painless, but my artist was quick and gentle. Everything was clean and sanitary, and I felt very comfortable there.
They even honored a gift certificate that was two years old without a question--there was no expiration date on it. I left the shop already thinking about what I wanted next time!
