Their tag line is "Everything we do, we do for you", in reality it should be "Everything we do, is to make as much money as possible from you". They've expanded their operations nationally and they are NOW JUST about making money. Don't recommend you go, it's not value for money, you just feel ripped off. They forgot the secret to success: The Customer. Table service, glass collectors are rude. Bar staff if you know them are great. Don't expect to sit down at BM unless you buy a drink from "Table Service"! DJ has been and always will be awful, plays 1 good song for 3 bad that clear the small dance floor. Music is always too loud for conversation unless outdoors. Door policy and $5 cover are randomly applied, depending upon if you're a friend of the door staff. This is not a "high end" crowd as it purports to be and should be. Locals and regulars are abandoning it. Just not a fun place anymore. Prices are high, for example, Champagne that retails for $40 sold at BM for $130, you get the idea. Don't mind the prices, if it's good, but don't want to pay to feel that they are just about ripping you off. New Years Eve was classic, this year, they wanted to charge $55 per person on the door! For a buffet (forgot to mention food is awful at BM, go to Seasons) and a glass of champagne. They wanted to know if you had "reservations"...and they were dead, how pretentious is that?! They have totally lost what hospitality is about. New Year at BM is no different to any night there, DEFINITELY not worth $55 pp. My first New Years Resolution...NOT TO GO TO BM AGAIN.
