I lived here for six months. When i moved in i thought this place was goig to be fantastic, I loved the apartment, loved the location...
This place is HORRIBLY managed. During the summer there were LOUD, and by loud i mean VERY loud drunk people in the pool until 3 and 4am rather consistantly...
The maintanace men would come, always unannouced to do repairs, and on more than one occasion i was greeted by seriously out of line comments from the oldest of the maintenace men.
This place is great on the outside, but super sketchy underneath, as well as severly overpriced. If your thinking about living here, try the Loft around the corner, its cheaper and a lot nicer.
