I had my first laser hair removal treatment at Maia Skin last week. Michelle was my aesthetician, she's great. Very sweet and comforting. She took time to explain what I was going to experience. The laser wasn't what I expected-it didn't hurt at all. The laser has this cold air burst followed by a slight tingle, a flash of light, and POOF! The hair is gone! I met the doctor too, he's very knowledgable. I will definitely be going back for more! They also offer chemical peels and microdermabrasion. I think this week I'll get something like that done, and eventually I'll get the rest of my unwanted hair removed. I didn't buy a package because I wanted to see what it was like the first time, but in the future I'd say it's a much better option for saving money.
