The Orem Lehi Roller Mills store has a great selection given its small size. Not only do they carry their best baking mixes, always one of my favorite holiday gifts to give and receive, but they teach baking classes. Whenever I receive compliments on my whole wheat bread, I have to credit Lehi Roller Mills for the recipe. Get on their email list to find out about classes. Another thing I love about this store is that their products are high-quality, and the whole company is locally owned.I am always willing to pay a bit more when a place is this good.
