Businiess name:  Flagstaff House Restaurant

Review content:
The Flagstaff House is the long time Boulder "super premium" restaurant. On any given night, you'll see an engagement, anniversaries, birthdays, high school kids dressing up, or a business celebration. Amy and I took an out of town couple (foodies from the bay area) tonight. They loved it - which is always a ringing endorsement. The huge and ever changing menu was a delight to work through. We had a three course meal, but by the end were completely stuffed. You can't go to Flagstaff without doing the liquid varona chocolate cake - mmmm. While I don't drink, Flagstaff has one of the best wine lists in town. Their mixed drinks are also fun, clever, and - according to Amy - potent. The service is outstanding. They try hard - but not too hard - and is pays off. It's extremely comfortable, the pacing is always good, and the waitstaff adjusts for the setting nicely (e.g. they behave differently if it's a business meal vs. a romantic dinner.) Finally, the view of Boulder from the Flagstaff is as good as it gets. A+
