Dr. Jim Gould is the nicest man with the kindest eyes, he takes the time to listen and help your children he doesnt make you feel like your overreacting, He has actually called us from his cell phone to give us results, I have never known a doctor to bother making calls himself he also explains illnesses and medications very well.His billing dept. could use some more training though.
