This place is a total dry cleaning nightmare. This place should be out of business. The lack of English is a huge problem in my eyes. In all fairness we have been using them for a couple of years until our nightmare encounter! Basically my wife dropped off my very expensive suit and brand new Calvin Klein button up shirt and brand new Kenneth Cole Reaction tie. I urgently needed this suit, shirt and tie to be cleaned and mended for a sudden unexpected interview with a company that I have been interested in. Wifey dropped off the clothes and did not get a ticket. You know the saying..."No tickey...no washy!" When she went to pick up my suit the day BEFORE my out of town interview they could not find it!! If it wasn't for my wife's expert eyes on my clothing they never would have found it! They had it listed under a completely different name and phone number! Then they denied the whole thing and blamed it on the poor hispanic seamstress!! Tacky!!
