This review is of service department. I picked up my sisters car here and they were supposed to fix the check engine light. I did a search on Jetta's apparently check engine goes on all the time. Anyways they charged a whole lot of money and didnt get the problem fixed. Way too much money to fix what they did. Also the guy called up the wrong number car and he me wait longer because I tried to negotiate him down and was generally being a pain in the ass and not just paying the price like most people do. Whatever, people make mistakes. So I'm not trying to brand the place as crappy. I did pay the price, because it wasnt my car. If it was my car, I wouldnt go to these guys in the first place, unless I wanted to spend more. That is just kinda how a lot of dealership services are, they charge more. Find a good honest local mechanic and get to know him and pay him well. You'll still save a couple hundred. They don't inspire my trust, however obviously some of that is a chip on my shoulder, not their problem.
