Businiess name:  Babies R US the Baby Superstore
Review by:  Heather D.
Review content:
Love the store, hate the hassle. First off, the closest babies r us is over an hour away from me. So I try to wait until I have atleast a few things to buy before I have to go up there. There are no real baby stores anywhere close by, so I have to depend on them for a lot. I was looking for bigger onesies..... 2t, 3t 4t. I know they are made, but the saleswoman swears they arent. The very next day I found them at a toys r us store. I tried to buy an $80 carseat cover. The salesman pointed me in the direction. When I couldnt find them, he says "well we used to have them right there". He didnt try to look elsewhere or look in the backroom, or even ask someone else for help. I tried to buy a toddler bed set. When I asked a salesgirl if they had a certain one in stock, she said "how would I know? Ask furniture" She was straightening the bed set shelves at the time, so I asumed she worked in that area. Silly me. When I went to the furniture dept, there was one girl working, helping a few customers, and had a line of 8 people waiting. The poor girl paged for help 3 times in the 10 minutes I was standing there. No one came to help. I left the store empty handed and frustrated.
