Misty answered the phone on the first ring. When I gave her my name, she immediately pulled up my info. She set an appointment for that day between 1 and 3PM. Shortly before 1PM, Victor called to let me know he was on the way!!! When he arrived, I started explaining that my heater was not coming on, and it was cold inside the house. Victor noticed immediately that somehow my system was set on a/c, so it could not switch over to heat. He showed me how to look for this problem and correct it if this happens again! I am so grateful that AC Pros continues to make me a happy customer....even after 15+ years!
