I have an old braided rug ( the old real braided rugs) that I sadly thought I would have to discard due to a diabetic dog that had lots of accidents. I called 6 or 7 companies and got the usual VM promise of a prompt call back that never came. After 3 estimates from $179-to a whopping $255, I called Happy Bear. They showed up exactly when they said they would ( at MY convenience after work hours) picked my rug up, took it to their facility, cleaned it and delivered it EXACTLY when they said they would and it looks BRAND new ! And the price stunned me---$50. I will NEVER use another carpet/upholstery cleaner, again and could not wait to spread the news. It is a family business---not one of the conglomerates and the customer services is the kind we talk about when we talk about how it USED to be!!! I couldn't be happier ! Thanks, Curtis---your company is truly ONE Of A KIND !!!
