We ordered a Washer and Dryer that we needed very badly from Randy Mundel. We waited 3 weeks for delivery of the items. Every time we would call he would give us another story why we had not received our merchandise for delivery. Meanwhile, Synchrony Bank had already billed us for the Washer and Dryer and continues to bill us every month. We are paying for merchandise that we do not have.. Mr. Mundel assured us that he would reverse the charges and it has now been over a month and we keep getting "the run around." This all started started in April----can you believe it!!! It is now July!! This business is not reputable. The staff are very polite and try to resolve the problems presented to them, but when you have a non cooperative owner who gives one after another excuses, what can the staff do?
Stay away from this business!! We wish we had read the online reviews before we went to this store. Buyer be Ware!!!
