First, thank you for your service. You explained the procedure very well in terms for a person who knows nothing about eye surgery. You also mentioned that there might be floaters after the procedure but would eventually disappear. The surgery went very well. The only discomfort was when they put the first drops in my eyes to dilate them. The nursers were very professional and caring. The surgery itself was painless and only took about 2 minutes. Upon arrival back home I was amazed at the brilliance of colors and sharpness of the TV picture. I could also read the numbers on my computer monitor from 3 feet away. The floaters were hardly noticeable and did not cause any ill effects. My suggestion to anyone who is in need of this procedure to not wait. I wish I would have known about this months before. My recommendation is to not wait to have this procedure
