Many of my friends store there things here and I decided to finally put many pieces of furniture many boxes of books and other items that are important to me into storage again as I have had no room for these things after I moved a few years ago. I was reluctant to put my things into storage, just not sure they would be safe and sound\r
but Payless has been great. My things are safe and clean and there is no dust at all,\r
my unit is an 'indoor' unit on the second floor.\r

Payless is really a great old fashioned customer service oriented business. Everyone there has been extremely friendly, informative, and very nice and professional. The storage unit seems to be quite new and wonderfully clean. The halls have so much lighting that you can light up every hallways very brightly as well as the units. There are camera's in the hallways and I can see that security there is a priority. \r

I have been back four times to get a few things and bring a few more things\r
and it is a breeze to get to, its CLEAN!! and safe- so I am happy to let people know this.\r
Nice that there are still places that have the feeling of being very Professional and organized and a place that feels like the people actually care about their customers.
