My adult son needed to get his license and this school appeared to be the best based on the previous review. Our walk in inquiry was handled promptly and the appointments were set up; no problems here. My son had three, two hour appointments and we made it clear that since he didn?t have a car, they would have to pick him up to take him to the Eureka DMV for the test. ?No problem? they said, we?ll arrange the appointment with the DMV, which they did.
On the day of his driving test, he called the school a couple hours prior (since it had been a month since the last lesson) to confirm they were going to pick him up. They confirmed it. He then called back 20 minutes prior to the drive test to find out why they had not picked him up yet. They said they were waiting for him at the Eureka DMV. He was astounded and really angry! They rescheduled but that appointment was a month later.
