Review content:
This company uses deceptive and inflated estimates. Their trick is to give you three estimates, low to high depending on what level of replacement you want. The trick is that the lowest figure looks low because of the two higher choices, but is actually very inflated by itself. I had a water heater replaced and I too the lowest choice. I found out later that everything in the estimate was greatly inflated, including a $30 drip pan that they charged by $200 for and told me that it was required by code. I had a garbage disposal replaced at the same time and they also provide three pricing choices to make the lowest price look good. Their labor charges are out of this world. Beware!!!
