Review content:
I'm still, unfortunately, a work in process. I was referred to Vic's by my contractor to purchase a couple of sinks for my bathroom and kitchen overhaul. Although the folks were knowledgeable and friendly, I stressed the importance in obtaining their products timely, and we agreed to a date, again pointing out that the agreed to date was the last possible date I could obtain the sinks in order to give my contractor the time to complete the project for a planned dinner party. Well, the date came and went. I called during the delivery day to inquire what their procedures were when the product arrived and told I would be called. So the day after the deadline passed, I went to the store and was told it would be two more days. Now no chance to complete the project in a timely manner; so I did what they should have done and went to my contractor to change the timing, pushing it back a couple of weeks. I now will be gone when the product does arrive and they can wait until I return. \r \r I will not being conducting any further business with them. If I ran my business like this, I wouldn't have a business.
