Businiess name:  Depaul University

Review content:
Having attended for three years, I can say that I have found some of the most knowledgeable, empathetically academic people around. While a Catholic University (and the largest in the nation to boot), conservative it is not in the least. With the exception of not having any kind of condom program, the school is as liberal as they come, pushing diversity nearly to the point of annoyance. However, the result is great possibilities for open discourse and lots and lots of learning. I'm unable to speak for most of the school of Commerce (which IS one of the largest in the country), but LA&S is a group that you will get to know quickly, and our Theatre and Music programs are absolutely some of the best in the country, comparable to Juilliard and other extremely well-renowned Fine Arts Universities. Top that off with small class size, great and well cared-for facilities, a wonderful location in the heart of one of the safest neighborhoods in Chicago with accessibility to really everything, and a broad spectrum of people, and I'd say you've got a fabulous institution of higher learning. One drawback, however, is that DePaul has more than doubled in size in the last ten years, and as a result, the office tango has not quite been worked out yet. The bureaucracy and red tape is not quite under control, and though this is fairly minor, it can definitely be annoying at times.
