Best Western Barratt Inn was our home away from home for over two decades. New owners within the last 5yrs, there is a great decrease in service. Now with ANC having other hotels that offer alot more ammenities for same money, I'll go elsewhere. We waited for shuttle from the airport 45 minutes TWICE (outside, 2am, and hotel is less than 5 miles away...explain?) driver brought a mini-van and was picking up Two families. Then didn't help load or unload luggage. Needless to say getting two small children back to sleep at 3am could've been alot easier without the hotel's delay.
