I had an appointment for an estimate on purchase and installation of a new walk in shower. After waiting a week and 2 hours past the scheduled time, I called the office, only to be told I could reschedule at a time convenient to me! They did not show up or call and I have never heard from them again. This is not the kind of service I'm looking for!
