I've been a member of Victory Lady for over 10 years. I stay with them because they're cheap. The staff is inexperienced and there is a high turnover rate. I think my biggest problem is the noise. Unfortunately I am only able to go after work (5:30) and there is always a class in progress. Please note that this gym is just ONE BIG ROOM. The instructors turn up the volume of the music so loud that you are unable to hear your own headphones. Furthermore, they yell. Why they yell, I don't know. I asked the Manager once if she could explain why the volume needed to be so loud and of course I just got a blank look. So if you are looking for a place to unwind and exercise this isn't it. I don't go as often as I used to because of this and I mostly certainly skip the evenings that Kemel is there because he's the worst. If you can afford it go down the road to AFF!!!
