Review content:
I wanted to purchase a new car and narrowed my choices to either the Impala or Equinox. The web page shows color options but its not the same as seeing the colors in the sunlight. At some dealerships, you can't walk onto the lot without being harassed by sales or security. Hamilton's lot was organized (on the used-car side) by models, so I looked at the colors on different makes. Even with a security vehicle and people in the lot, they let you walk/drive around and look freely without pressure. When I eventually wanted to speak with someone, I went inside the new car side and the receptionist greeted me right away. I had scheduled an appointment with April Wood, the internet sales consultant. April was approachable, not pushy, and very efficient. She asked what I was looking for in a car. Then she showed me those features on showroom cars and explained my available options. During the whole time, you could see the people at Hamilton going about their business. It seems like they enjoy their jobs since they were smiling and friendly. I don't often purchase a car, but I didn't feel uncomfortable in this dealership. It made purchasing our new car pleasant and easy. Very high marks for the people at Hamilton Chevrolet!
