Review content:
I noticed the service at this Walgreens Pharmacy has been in decline and two prescription filling errors on Wed 3/4/09 will have me never using them again:1) Pharmacy placed the wrong label on the wrong bottle. An RX label with the wrong name and topical use instructions was adhered to an oral antibiotic bottle.2) This bottle was then placed in a bag stapled with the "Personal Prescription Information" pamphlet with my 2 year old daughter's info. When my husband got home and opened up the bag, he saw that the bottle's label had someone's else name on it. When he returned to the pharmacy, he was refunded the co-pay. The pharmacist said sorry and that the medication in the bottle was the same nonetheless. He was able to quickly retrieve my daughter's antibiotic from the back room. Luckily no harm, however, consequences could have been devastating. To mislabel then misplace. What if the person who was supposed to get the topical medication got the antibiotics instead and started to use it
