Businiess name:  Oosha's Haircutters

Review content:
Business Response For Esther R. : Dear Sirs: On Columbus Day, October **, 2013, the following occurred in Oosha's Haircutters witnessed by ******* ** ******, Esq., of Stamford, CT and ******* ***, Esq., of Forest Hills, NY. The caregiver, referred to in the complaint shoved her client's head very roughly into the sink. She showed little consideration for the elderly woman in her care. The caregiver pushed her client's neck and showed no consideration for the elderly woman's neck and spine. The staff of Oosha' s Haircutters became alarmed at the caregiver' s behavior toward the elderly woman and told the caregiver their concerns. The caregiver lost her self-control when she was seen disregarding the care of the elderly woman. The caregiver was not thrown out of the shop. She took the woman out of the store after being observed while treating her charge poorly. In fact, she was asked to bring her charge back into the store to finish drying the elderly woman's hair. The caregiver refused even in the presence of an attorney who was present in the store. The attorney requested that the caregiver return to complete the services to the elderly woman. It is suggested that the elderly woman's daughter who lives in Stamford investigate the treatment of her mother by the caregiver when the witness, an attorney from Stamford, states that the caregiver' s behavior was inappropriate and harmful to her mother. BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved Was this review Helpful?
