I have taken both my dog and cat to this vet for several years now. Today, I came in to drop off my dog for a tooth cleaning, was escorted to a room that reeked of cat urine, and waited there for over thirty minutes without anyone coming to check on me. I had both of my kids with me and we could wait no longer. I checked with the receptionist who told me I was to wait a little longer. There was only one family in the lobby and the place appeared to be quiet. All I was doing was dropping off. The blood work and pre-exam had been done the week prior. I had to end up leaving with my dog in hand (and kiddos too). I am just so disappointed and I am going to have to find a new vet.
