Mr. Shahid Usmani, the new car sales director, I have to say is a very valuable asset that Sterling McCall Toyota has. He is very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and an honest person. Ever since 2013, I have only been coming to sterling McCall Toyota because of his service and helpfulness. In 2013, he helped me through the whole process of leasing my first car ever, which was a Camry, and made the whole process simple and easy. Before coming to the dealer, I was confused about the leasing process and was worried about not getting the perfect car and deal. However, due to Mr. Shahid Usmani's excellent guidance, all my worries were gone in a matter of few minutes and I happily drove-off with my first, brand-new car and was stress-free. I only being a teenager then, received so much attention from him. If he can deal with a teenager, he can deal with anyone in an excellent manner. He is definitely one of a kind of person. In July of 2015, I came to him again to lease my second car, and again was met with his usual, relentless helpfulness, expertise and professionalism. He absolutely adheres to sterling McCall's slogan: "A commitment To Excellence." I will recommend all my friends and family to get their cars from Sterling McCall Toyota because of Mr. Shahid Usmani.
