Would not recommend doing business with this company. Was desperate to have our AC unit repaired so I picked the 1st company that could get someone out ASAP. Was not a smart decision on my part but I tend to trust people too much and figured I wouldn't get ripped off. Was taken back by the $70 diagnostic fee but figured, hey, they have to get paid too. Less than 1 week later I call because we are not getting any air flow to the upstairs bedrooms and figured since I was already a customer, and had someone already out less than a week ago, that they would work with us and not charge us another $70 diagnostic fee. I was wrong. Poor business that is only interested in getting your $. They say that they want 100% satisfaction. Well, I am far from satisfied and will take my money elsewhere. Very disappointed that they don't care to take care of their return customers
