Terrible Terrible business ethics! They had never installed the material I chose for my countertops but insisted they were the experts. When installation came around, it was horrible...chips, scratches, impact spots. They assured me they would return to fix it and almost 2 months later, they finally called me. They showed up, fixed it as best as they could, promised me they would deliver a treatment for the counters and never did. They don't respond to voicemails or emails. They only care about the money, not customer service. Worst $4500 I ever spent. My counters still look terrible and no one will return my calls and emails.
