All you have to do is walk in the door and you will realize just what your other bar experiences have been failing to provide. Imagine this; you start off getting all the logistics out of the way first, ie. small security station where your id has to be shown (in order to prove your not some underage teen looking to drink for free for the night) and as you walk into the bar for the first time you start to hear the rumble of the DJ?s upbeat music directly followed by a small entrance path that leads you onto the dance floor, followed in close proximity (for all you non dancers) to the neatly tended straw/hay covered bar that?s overhang looks like it belongs directly on a commercial on beach front property. About that time, you will start to notice the details that one only sees from the inside view of the bar looking out towards the street at all the other potential customers. For example the same neatly tended straw/hay covering is also located on the lower half and strung though out the rest of the facility. You have a consistent amount of what seem to be palm trees on and around all sides of bar. They have surf bards hanging and other ornaments above the small, but usable seating section. The staff never stands still, from the time you enter until the time you leave or until last call, they are there taking orders and making sure you have exactly what you are in the mood for. For you drinkers who prefer more of a layed back approach, there is a small VIP room towards the back of the facility. It?s been known to fill out very quickly and should be reserved ahead of time. Last but not least you have the bar tenders them selves who are down to earth, like to have a good time, are very outgoing and have no problem striking up conversation and getting to know you. The Bamboo Hut should be your favorite place to have a good time, ever time. Although this is my first post on this particular web site I look forward to further adventures. Thank you Pros: Upbeat atmosphere Cons: Parking can be a little hard to find in the Immediate area.
