Review content:
A friend of mine was a 3-pack a day smoker and hadn't smoked a cigarette since her first hypnosis appointment over 20 years ago so she had always bugged me to try hypnosis to quit smoking. I did try it 5 or 6 years ago and it didn't work for more then 4 days. After my first failed experience, I thought I was beyond being "brain washed" by hypnosis. \r \r But, I really wanted to quit smoking after many failed attempts and figured I didn't have anything to lose by getting a free "screening."\r \r I am happy to say that this time, the hypnosis worked! And here is why:\r *The hypnotist at Dakota Hypnosis took the time to learn about me and what was really motivating me to quit.\r *She also took the time to learn about any triggers that would make me go back to smoking.\r *She made me feel that it was OK to slip up a little in the beginning. She didn't make promises that I would never ever want a cigarette again and she advised me to just "note any changes."\r *Instead of putting me in a room
