Roto Rooter was able to send someone out in the morning instead of only having availability in the afternoon, like the plumbers I first called. They had someone there an hour and a half before promised so I was really happy about that. Nate Williams was our technician and he was very friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous. We couldn't have asked for them to send a better technician. We will definitely use Roto Rooter again and ask for Nate by name. Thanks!
