I am a 45 year old single woman in Pflugerville, TX who had a stopped-up kitchen sink. Very frustrating when you are trying to wash pots and pans in a pool of dirty water... I decided I needed a plummer, I called for a Roto-Rooter technician. Andre arrived within 30 minutes of my call, he was courteous, professional, and completed the job in 15 minutes!! I learned I should wipe greasy pots and pans with a paper towel before I wash them in the kitchen sink! Lesson learned, but if I ever need a plummer I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again and recommend their plumbing services. Thank you again, Andre.
