This is my second attempt at a post. Wondering if negative feedback is allowed here...\r
I used to have wonderful experiences with this vet, until one of our cats was requiring a major surgery. We were not, as previously, given an estimate and they couldn't even perform the procedure at this location, only at their Fairmont branch. Well, turns out once they gave us a price, they were trying to charge me for things that were not required using thier expensive equipment, and was told by their office manager that the price would be a lot cheaper once confronted. Then, when we had the money to get it done, they went back to the orginal outrageous quote, and their office manager was rude and refused to acknowledge our previous conversation, where she did, in fact give us a lower est. Ultimately, we went to another vet and they performed the same procedure for approx. 55% less. These facilities, in my opinion only care about the all-mighty dollar, not your pets. Go there and see for yourself.
