THEY NEGLECTED MY DOG AND HE DIED!!!
16 year old dog has a stroke and instead of calling vet, they wash it, but it in the dryer and hand it to us like a dish rag. POOR communication between front desk and groomer made him be tortured by bathing stead of seeking medical care.
AND THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED TO SEE IF HE WAS OK!!! He passed 12 hours after leaving their TERRIBLE care!. Been going there for years but this is an eye opener!
BEWARE!!!
