Snooty! A store like this is meant to serve the greater good as far as education is concerned. If I had the funds, I would go start my own teacher store. No matter how long you have been in business, how many schools and parents you have served, it boils down to customers. Day in & day out. When you disregard them, treat them as second best, talk down to them, you will lose their business as you have lost mine. I won't be passing the "positive" aspects about your service and store on to others.
