We've been using Preventive Pest for over 2 years now and love them! The staff is very friendly and we always get a reminder call before they come out to service our house. Technicians are all very nice and knowledgeable. Once I decided to walk around with our technician as he did the treatment to see what all they did, and the technician answered all my questions and described what he was doing and why it was beneficial. Last summer, we found a few ticks on our dog and called Preventive Pest right away to see if they could come out and spray our backyard. We weren't due for another service yet, but they came out right away to spray; and didn't charge anything (haven't seen a tick since). That's what I especially love about them. If you ever have a pest problem in between services, they will come out (at no additional charge) immediately. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control.
