My husband and I have been very pleased with our Everdry experience. We bought a house that had been previously waterproofed by this company and were lucky enough to have a warranty that carried over with the purchase. We do have to pay a yearly renewal fee for our warranty, but this is minimal when you think of what it covers. A year after we purchased our house, we had some water seeping up around the edges of our basement. When we contacted Everdry, they sent out someone to look at the complaint the very next day. Since our waterproofing job was under warranty and the details of the job were on file with the company, we were able to have our basement fixed at zero cost to us. It is such a great feeling to know that we are covered if something is to go wrong with our basement. ~ Florence, KY
